I've updated this entry with credits and new images of everything: case (front, back, spine), Disc 1 and 2 (front), disc 1 reverse (which is where TAPS-001 is written), both disc trays, booklet (front, back, inside pages), game box front, game box back (detail).

Disc 2 is the drama CD and has 10 tracks. There are no titles indicated anywhere.

The composer of track one is credited to どれちゅ, but the game's composer (a.k.a.dRESS) says in the liner notes (booklet back) that it is just an alias for himself, so all of the music, including all three vocal tracks were composed by a.k.a.dRESS.

Please delete the previous photos that were uploaded (I've relabeled them as "DELETE") and link to the respective artists' pages. Thanks!
