As far as I can see none of the composers or arrangers here qualify for a works album under the guidelines.

Additionally, note that prices on VGMdb should be inclusive of tax (using the sales tax in Japan at the time when the album was released). Also, please add the barcode to your submissions. It's not a hard piece of information to find.
