I also made an addition/correction. Disc 2 Track 11 is the arranged version of the ending theme (Disc 1 Track 38). We had that it was arranged by Michitoshi Hirose, but the booklet credits Kei Takanish and Michitoshi Hirose for arrangement. Also, there was nothing indicating that it's also a different singer named YUKI on the arranged version (same as the singer for Disc 2 Track 1), compared to Mari Sawaguchi (沢口まり) who sings on the original version. I've added these credits in the notes.
