Have anyone actual seen copies of the physical release of this?

I do remember looking at the listing from their (now closed) web store, but I have never seen physical vinyl copies. I've tried reaching out to devs and composer, but with no luck.

Supposedly Le Cortex went under around the same time these were supposed to release, so I wonder if they were ever manufactured at all.
