I added images for this one: Inserts 1~7 (front, back), disc and disc reverse.

I wasn't sure how to number the inserts since their order was different depending on what side you were going by. What I have labeled as the front contains the track list and lyrics, as well as the front display image. What I have labeled as the back has a calendar. But putting the months in order doesn't correspond with the order of the track list printed on the other side. I went with labeling "Insert 01" to be the one that has December 2007 and January 2008, and the tracks on the back of that one are tracks 1, 2, and 3. "Insert 02" has February and March, but it has the cover image on the other side. Insert 03 has April and May, but the tracks on the back are 38~48. And so on...

It's wonky, but whatever.

I had the opportunity to pick this up sealed, so I was able to confirm that the inserts were organised in the order of the tracklist on the monochrome side, which happens to be out of order for the calendar side. To group the tracklist and calendar sides together, I renamed the images to "Insert Back/Front #", where # is the order the inserts were in when I received it.
