Is there any (even small) difference on this release with the other one called "Original Karaoke Version" ..? (anything but the covers/packaging of course..)

I presume they re-released it to make a clear difference with the "instrumental version" they released at the same time. (but could have been avoided i think, they were released only 4 months later).

There's also a difference on the price of 1000 yens (hey that's expensive at that time just for a slipcase & a calandar..)

If there is not any difference, would it be right to mark it as a reprint ?

[...] in Karaoke music, the main vocals are taken out but the backup singers vocals are still left in since the person doing Karaoke is only singing the main vocals. So, this is why karaoke music is not pure instrumental music. Usually in karaoke music, you only have one singer, unless of course it is a duet, but you never have people sing as the background singers so that is why those vocals are not taken out.

I did not ask the difference between the "instrumental version" & the "karaoke version".. but between this release (that have no subtitle) and the "karaoke version".

The difference is just as stated in the quote by PsychoZeke; this version has both the vocals by the main singer and the backup vocals while the karaoke version only has the backup vocals (and also the SFX which is mixed with some tracks).

Does anybody know, if the first print came with a registry card or any other extras apart from the slipcase and calendar?
