I was really unimpressed by Super Contra, not a single song I like in there... I'm glad A-Jax raises the level. 0 for Super Contra and 4 for A-Jax in my opinion.

Am I the only one?

Too bad that the booklet part of the scan is so low quality, but doesn't it show that Konami Kukeiha Club composed tracks, and うさぎ組 arranged tracks 21,22,43,44 and CGM Project performed those arranged tracks?

And seems that うさぎ組 (Usagi-gumi?) is a group/unit, if quick google-fu is right; http://rps7575.kt.fc2.com/king/SuperKontra.htm and http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%81%...81%8E%E7%B5%84

I think CGM Project is explicitly credited for arrangement.
This I see: "Music (音楽)=Konami Co. [not KKC] (Original Game Audio) / うさぎ組(21,22,43,44) [spaces] Arrangement/performance (編曲/演奏)=CGM Project (21,22,43,44)

Then this scan for the reprint has the members: うさぎ組[]後藤慶一,竹内加寿子,浅野祥之(Additional Guitar) plus "うさぎ組Studio"'s equipment/synths used.

Confusing, maybe うさぎ組 did some pre-arrangement and CGM Project extra arrangement for the actual performance (using うさぎ組Studio equipment)?

The credits here are indeed a bit confusing, this Usagigumi should be credited in some way but it's hard to know how :P Anyway I finally added the JP tracklist and fixed the English one (14 years late but hey).

Since I added an artist page for Usagi-gumi (https://vgmdb.net/artist/76357), it would be good to credit this unit for this album.

According to Wikipedia and this blog, Usagi-gumi is arranger on this album.

Where is that written? I don't see it on the scans.

It seems logical to me that Usagi-gumi did the arrangement and not the music for the tracks 21, 22, 43 & 44 that are arranged.

And this unit might even be performer as well, since Yoshiyuki Asano is also credited for additional guitar.

The credits that Razakin and Dag were talking about appear in the booklet, right below where our current "Booklet" scan cuts off at the bottom; I assume we had a crustier scan of the booklet at some point here that has since been deleted. You can see the credits here in the final two photos in this Mercari listing: https://jp.mercari.com/item/m80017230012

Okay, it's true that I could have looked for other images on the Internet.
It's strange that Usagi-gumi is credited for the music, because that normally implies composition (and possibly arrangement).
