Due to Tower's artist pages it's not possible to know what name an artist was credited by on a particular album.

For example all of Tsubasa Harihara (針原翼)'s credits are merged into a single entry called "Harry (はりーP)" regardless of what he is credited on the album as. You can see this on https://tower.jp/item/5059278/ where the credit on track 2 is Harry (はりーP), even though he is actually credited as 針原翼 on this song: https://www.cue-liber.jp/discography/nazo-naze-jumping

Yodobashi doesn't do this and always keeps the original credited name so it's better to use Yodobashi for credits instead of Tower.

On this particular album the name used for the arranger credit on track 2 is actually 小松一也 not KOMATSU KAZUYA: https://www.yodobashi.com/product/100000009003429261/
