The information mainly comes from scans of the album which are yet to be uploaded, the Tower Records page for the album, and also the page on Nippon Columbia's Website (https://columbia.jp/prod-info/COCX-33274/) that shows the price and cast credits.

I made the some changes to the artist draft, and have the following comments:

1. Always use the exact Japanese credit given in the printed materials:
Cast -> 声の出演 (Voice Acting)

2. If a vocal is credited with a character name, substitute the voice actor's name instead:
マンドラ坊や -> Kumiko Higa
Nai = Chiaki Horan [ホラン千秋]
Mea = Tomomi Kitagami [北神朋美]

3. We like to append the company name to a role using the suffix field, even if the company is mentioned in a more indirect manner in the notes (in this case, marked with an '*' in the album staff.)

4. Be careful to replace ampersands with commas when parsing the Japanese credits for roles where two separate people are credited.
