These do not appear to be mistakes, but intentional changes as they have been maintained in the store credits for VIZL-988 (https://www.yodobashi.com/product/100000009002568541/) and on the JASRAC submissions (Work ID: 211-2003-0, 211-2002-1, 211-1992-9). I have added a note noting the different credits in-game and on the album.
