Reason: I went through the Twitter account (https://twitter.com/windslope) again, more precisely the tweets before 2014 when there were real tweets and not just automated mobile game messages, and again couldn't find anything substantial indicating (1) this is Koji Kazaoka, (2) this is the Windslope from Konami, or (3) this is a sound person at all.

The potential connections I can find are: (1) they follow the Konami Amusement Twitter account, (2) Yuei Uematsu follows them (not mutually), and (3) one tweet where they talk about playing SPINFEVER, a medal game Kazaoka worked on: https://twitter.com/windslope/status/81817434817957888

I do think it's likely that Kazaoka is Windslope because 風岡 ≈ wind slope, but I can't currently find anything definitive on the Twitter account and that's the only thing the RemyWiki edit cites as a source.
