Silent Hill 4: The Room Robbie Tracks

Should this be classified as Original Soundtrack? I could see "French" as a heavily remixed "Your Rain" but none of these are from the game. To the point where they aren't even inspired by it. Seems like an original work by Yamaoka with the Silent Hill 4 name and Robbie character attached to it.

Edit: Looks like these are connected to the European promo tour Yamaoka did for the game. Makes sense with the entries in "Robbie's Travel Diary", the Union Jack themed CD and the track titles.
