Default ZMCZ-14991: ONGEKI Vocal Best
What is the VGMdb policy on titles when it's not consistent? Officially the title does not use periods. Some of the release uses periods (spine), but much of the release does not. For example,

The front of the obi does not: https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/...431010&lang=en

The CD does not: https://aucview.aucfan.com/yahoo/o1035638567/

Usually we would use whichever one is on the cover as the default. But since there's nothing on the cover here, I'd go with whichever one is more prominent/more common on the release. Based on your images I'd say that's ONGEKI. Changed it.
