Ah, sorry. I thought this classification meant "radio" and/or "drama". Re-reading the explanation "Music related to radio shows or dramas that contain illustrated characters", I don't think this applies here. "Nukerarenu ame no Yoshiwara" has never been broadcast on radio (as far as I know) and the characters depicted on the album are ukiyo-e illustrations of designs from Silent Hill 4, not from the drama.
