This title isn't familiar to me, and I guess this SEGA game hasn't ever been featured on any 90s compilations or WaveMaster albums?

Wonder why it would be excluded all this time?
Seems like similar arcade material as Power Drift or GP Rider... unless the songs were absolute shit, which I guess could be a reason why.

It was probably excluded because it's just jingles, and unlike Super Monaco GP, isn't really a big name.
I can't really think of any albums from 1992 where it could have made an appearance, though. G.S.M. kinda died out right as STADIUM CROSS was coming out, so from what I remember, CD releases for arcade games were getting more 1 or 2 game-specific (considering that soundtracks for major titles were also usually getting bigger)
As for WAVE MASTER compilations, it probably would get included if there was ever a SEGA SYSTEM 32 SOUND COLLECTION (I really want one, HARD DUNK needs some spotlight), but we'll just have to wait. Pretty much only RAD MOBILE, GOLDEN AXE -The Revenge of DEATH ADDER- and OutRunners have had releases out of the list of 21 games.

The Start jingle was referenced in DAYTONA USA, but seeing as it was also reused as the start jingle in OutRunners, arguably it's more of a reference to that, even if the code is S.C.
