M-03's lyricist's given name has had their reading corrected from "Kei" to "Katsura."

REFERENCES
I have compiled a gallery of instances where the reading has been included on official releases, each screenshot's respective description including a link to the episode list on the show's Wikipedia page. Normally, Western releases of anime for home video would not be used as reference material, but the existence of at least three different instances of the reading from three different production companies (and the translators working under them) indicates a pattern that supports the reading's accuracy.
All shows listed (as well as Kuuga) have a lead writer in Naruhisa Arakawa, who Katsura Murayama often collaborates with.

Reason: As you've been told before English home video releases are not acceptable sources for readings. If you can't find a reliable source the name should be left in kanji, rather than trying to guess what reading is correct. You do not have to romanize every name in existence.

Websites that collate large listings of names and their readings generally won't be accepted as sources. It's not possible for us to assess every website of this type, but of the sources that have been assessed, JASRAC (and other rights societies) and JMD (the company that provides data to Japanese music stores, e.g. Tower) were found to have errors in their name readings. Currently there isn't any website of this type that has been determined to be acceptable.
