1. If you ever find a section in the notes with a title like "game staff" or "anime staff", you should skip that section in the artist links. In this case, you should ignore the credits in 'TV Animation "Air Gear" Staff' (though the music related ones like "Music Supervision & Production" can be added.)

2. This is a soundtrack, so the composer related credits should be at the top of the linked artists. You don't have to adhere to the page order that the sections appear in. I like to put the track credit section first because it has composers,arrangers,performers in it.
