Thanks. I'm actually transcribing the list of credits now. Will have that posted in text format soon.

Edit: Posted. DeusAxeMachina beat me to it with an abbreviated song credits list, which is very helpful. My version is a direct transcription of all credits as they appear in the booklet.

Disc 4, Track 27 "To Sail Forbidden Seas" - The top credits breakdown in the Notes section only shows Yoshitaka Suzuki as arranger, but the actual booklet shows "Masayoshi Soken & Yoshitaka Suzuki"?
