Reason: One thing missing from here is a breakdown of what tracks are from which game. Is that information in the booklet? I also can't find the composer/arranger/lyricist credits anywhere, so it would be helpful if you could provide a scan or picture of that part of the booklet.

Which game song is also listed in the "トラックリスト" (track list) of the source (see also it in the image of the booklet at the following URL).
For example, under track 5 ("5. my white landscape / 小春めう" in the source), "（ひよこソフト桃組「あいこみゅ！！」挿入歌）".
This means that "ひよこソフト桃組" is the manufacturer, "あいこみゅ！！" means the game title, and "挿入歌" means the insert song.

Tracks 1-4 are believed to be original music, as there is no mention of the game.
