Anyone know of this carnival sounding song?

There was a song I heard from a long time ago (a vid about a WoWTCG loot collection), it's one of my favorite songs but I never got the name of it. I believe, however, that it may've been from a soundtrack of some visual media/game ost, and thought someone here might know. It was a song that evoked strong feelings of nostalgia and sounded almost like carnival/circus music and I heard it in around 2008~, here's a recreation

Also while I believe it's how the original sounded, since it's been so long there's a chance that it may not match it at all actually, so if anyone knows of any songs/media that simply evokes a carnival + nostalgic atmosphere that may help.
Also feel free to necro this thread even if it's been a long time, I've been looking for this song for a long time and when/if I ever do I'll delete or update any post I made about it being the case.

I'm unfamiliar with the melody. But if I may suggest: I think you could raise your chances of someone recognising the song if you added the chords to your recreation. If it's worth the work put into. As I said, I don't know it but we have lots of people here who know their VGM.

I think that I could do that although I'm not really too familiar with writing music or those kinds of thing, how could you translate a basic melody somebody could hum into chords? Chords are the things for guitar-like instruments or sometimes piano right? I actually have the music notes for it already when I tried searching it in Musipedia (a website used to help find music based on musical notes you can input but it's mostly for classical music and old to the point where it barely works anymore)
