Are you sure that Kojiro (the hair/make-up artist) is the one who took this photo?

I wasn't really sure. I linked him since it seemed logical - his other entries are from the same time period, and maybe he could've done make-up on Fujiwara before taking the photo. But his site doesn't mention being a photographer, and I can't find much about the Kojiro who takes photos of people. Feel free to delink if we're not certain on this.
