Default Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis - Remastered Soundtrack (WIP)

Hey everybody! I'd like to present my ongoing remastering project of the Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis soundtrack, originally composed by Clint Bajakian, Peter McConnell and Michael Z. Land (and featuring "The Raiders March" composed by John Williams).

I've been working on this for over a year now, slowly chipping away at it. With the little free time I have, I still prefer taking my time with each track, even if this means that it will still be a while before I consider it "finished". However, the plan isn't to include all 3+ hours of music present in the game, but to create more of a highlights album, that can still fit on a single CD. As this is a work-in-progress, I'll occasionally update tracks with improved versions.

You can listen to all finished tracks HERE, with the current (but ever-changing) tracklist below:

01. Opening
02. The Statue and Kerner's Escape
03. The Coldest Year of My Life
04. Traveling
05. New York & Biff the Doorman
06. Sophia's Atlantis Presentation
07. Ransacked Apartment
08. The Azores and Mr. Costa
09. Plato's Lost Dialogue
10. Choose Your Path
11. Monte Carlo Car Chase
12. Barnett College
13. Crete
14. Beneath the Ruins of Knossos
15. Rescuing Sophia
16. The Map Room
17. Let There Be Light
18. The Kiss
19. Farewell, Dr. Jones

A bit of tech-talk: For this I didn't use any of the pre-arranged MIDIs that were released over the years, instead I started with clean rips of all the iMUSE snippets of this game (both the MT-32 and AdLib versions), which I've combined and arranged from scratch. The introduction already consisted of 11 different cues I needed to combine, and VGMRip's AdLib rip of the music (and some Let's Plays on YouTube) provided a great template. As far as software and virtual instruments go, I'm using Reaper as my DAW and mainly East West's Hollywood Orchestra OPUS and Symphonic Orchestra, Project Sam's LA Scoring Strings and Aaron Venture's Infinite Brass/Woodwinds, with a few additional instruments here and there.

Let me know what you think, where I can improve, and what you would like to hear on this. Enjoy!

I've added three more tracks to this:

The Azores and Mr. Costa, which plays when Indy and Sophia visit grumpy Mr. Costa in the Azores, with Sophia's charme convincing him to tell them about the Hermocrates.

Plato's Lost Dialogue, heard when Indy first examines the Hermocrates. This is also played earlier in the game, when Indy is backstage at Sophia's presentation, but it feels like a better fit as a theme for the Dialogue.

The Map Room can be heard when Indy and Sophia enter the room with a miniature version of Atlantis, in the Knossos labyrinth.
