Since it's the same album with the same tracklist, it's automatically a reprint.
Now, with prior research on the db, I saw indeed some NCS releases not categorized as child albums and some yes.
Tower official website (https://tower.jp/item/5687560) lists it as a remaster, and it is also mentioned on the obi: "2023年リマスタリング” (translated "remastered in 2023").
