I am unsure about the arranger on that album..

Anison list "小西孝雄".. but i think it should be "小西貴雄" (Takao Konishi), cause i think he worked on the anime music for the series. (and this page have full game details/credits with his name)

孝雄 is also readable as Takao, so I think you're absolutely right and it's just a typo.

I never knew this was a game album, but the scans confirm it too.

By the way, Noriyuki Iwadare is listed as an arranger on his official English discography:

Yeah he's listed as an arranger on the page i linked above.
There's also Maki Tanimoto & 岡林玲子.

But i don't know if they are involved with that album.
