The composer should be Takanari Ishiyama his own, since Kazumi Mitome and Yasunori Mitsuda only get participated in the NDS port of the 8th game「仮面幻影殺人事件」, witch is not contained in this soundtrack.

Edit: As CHz says, the DS version is the original, so there is no wrong.

The DS version of the 8th game was the original version; it was only ported to mobile phones two years later. Even if this album contains the music from a later version of the game, if the original DS soundtrack is fully arranged then it would still be correct to credit Mitsuda and Mitome as original composers.
