It looks like there is a hard copy of this available on Amazon:

I finally got ahold of a physical copy and did some scans.
The single Bionic Commando arrangement here is the best arrangement I've heard of this, and it's not even my favorite track of this album!

Did Harumi Fujita work on Bionic Commando (NES/FC)? I thought it was all Junko Tamiya?
