Chikayo Fukuda (#3651)

I feel that chikayo, SEIZO and FUKU should be put in an group artist unit called BooHooWoo. This is the name of the sound team that was formed to compose the original .hack games (.hack//GAME MUSIC Perfect Collection). They're credited as BooHooWoo in both releases of the soundtrack.

Also, I see soundtracks crediting group artist units, such as such as feel and soundTeMP, rather than each individual member, so I think that's what the .hack//GAME MUSIC Perfect Collection releases should do too. But I'm not quite clear on policy (or even quite how to create a group artist unit, since the creation page didn't seem to have fields for individual members), so I'm just bringing it up for now.
