I don't know if this applies to versions but the track cutting is pretty bad. Track 21 starts with the end of track 20 for example. Otherwise it's a pretty solid freebie, nice mix of arranged and original.

Also, is there a proper arranger/composer breakdown for this one? Saitama Saisyu Heiki arranged track 14 and the first half of this can probably be broken down according to the official AI2 soundtrack but what about the arrangements?

Koei published pretty much all Nippon Ichi titles in Europe for a while (see also the Disgaea 2 bonus soundtrack). I think they still handle the ACTUAL publishing even though Nippon Ichi Europe now exists, they still collaborate. We're used to Koei as the saviours of good games here
