Cave no Uta Twin Pack is also listed on Cave online shop and I wonder if it also should deserve a separate entry. This kind of sets is often available at Konamistyle (like this) but their catalog numbers always look like fillers, and I think we actually don't add none of them to this database. Based on the precedent, though, I guess it may warrant its own entry if this catalog number (CVTP-0000) is printed on the package.

Also, when an romanized name is provided in the family-name-first order, should we swap the family and given name? (Matsumoto Hisataakaa, in this case) Or should we leave it, like Koshiro Fumiaki?

Using http://vgmdb.net/album/13182 as a reference, translated track names to English. For names of remixes in Japanese, I left those as is, until someone can translate those.

What's the reasoning (if any) for not having composers listed here?

Would it not be any more than pulling in the OST composer plus the three composers from the original Cave no Uta? That's how these remixes work, yes? Image song + music from the game...

Let me know and I can populate info

There is no reason, I guess.

The only reason was probably that the packaging doesn't credit the original composers and no one bothered to fill them in.
