I changed the title back to "alone the world WILD ARMS Vocal Collection" since that's what is written in the back spine, obi and front.

To me it seems to always have Wild Arms Vocal before it, be it on top or to the left. Front and back have it this way, first booklet page with the gun, down in the bottom right of each one after, below the staff picture, front of booklet and back of booklet, on the CD.

I do see it once the way you mention it on the back (right hand side) and since I can't read japanese I will take your word for it being that way on the obi.

That is 2 to 3 versus about 10. So which is more correct? I think the old statement was the obi/spine because more room to lay things out?

Well... I suppose you could read it both ways.
I think the general rule was to favor obi/spine, since they write names plainly and don't use stylized logos.
Regardless of the before/after order, 'alone the world' is the intended name of the album.

The official site puts alone the world first though.

Having it first does explain the large font being used to denote the title.

Your information and the official site makes it fine with me.

I am just starting to listen to this and I was looking at the tracklist and it says 1, 13, 14 are from Wild Arms 1. Were these tracks purposely left off the Wild Arms 1 soundtrack?

IIRC they are new songs, based on tracks from WA1.
