Track 6 I wasn't sure how to add those extra titles, and track 11 seems the last symbol is wrong.

As for Track 6: Those "extra titles" are furigana, a reading aid, there is no need to add them since they don't belong to the actual title.

These aren't normal furigana, but weird readings to show the word isn't pronounced as usual.
I don't think it's wrong to add them in brackets after each word, since they are helpful.

Too bad there is no proper furigana/ruby support in unicode.

Another question is if it should be "Iturup", but perhaps it depends on how the official translation of the movie was.

"Archaic Japanese", you sure? As Cedille implied, Etorofu/エトロフ seems to be Japanese for Iturup, an island according to Google (didn't watch the movie so no idea if it's related to the plot).

煉獄 is normally れんごく/rengoku, and I can't find anything relating it to 'Etorofu'. Seems pretty 'weird' of a reading to me.

I wasn't speaking about Etorofu but the other songs

(Etorofu sounds like russian, I find, like Etorov but can't say if it's accurate)
