Quite an abscure single for an underrated Mega Drive game.
Otokichi have the catalog number "TJDB-30003", but i could not find any other source with that.

I think the single was available through an order you could make within the manual of the game. (not sure about that)
If someone have more informations, let us know.

You could obtain this CD in a prize contest for filling out and mailing in the registration card from the game. It reads '20 pcs.' on the card but since the cover shows a price of 900 JPY I guess this was available as regular purchase and in higher quantities too.
