I'm not sure what happened with this entry, but the composers listed were Motoi Sakuraba, Shinji Tamura, Ryota Furuya while arranger was Shigeki Imai -- none of whom were actually involved with the album. I've entered the correct credits, thanks to Datschge for noticing.

I've searched for Yasunori Iwasaki but there's no sign of him being involved in this album. So... source? (if it's in the booklet, sorry =P)
According to this, it was Hiroya Hatsushiba the one that arranged The Dream Will Not Die.

Also, I've added romaji tracklist (I prefer it, but let the people decide) and the lyricists to the Notes section (since that field doesn't appear in the album page)

Hatsushiba, being the game's sound programmer, only adapted the song for use on the SFC. I doubt he had a side job in the J-Pop scene at the same time. The Japanese Wikipedia agrees with Iwasaki being the arranger of the version on the CD.
