GMR Online listed Hiroto Saitoh,Oone Kazunari as the composers, but I found no confirmation for this, so I just listed Zizz studios, as mentioned in CDJapan's blurb:

The booklet credits most of the tracks to 'Re Bop Deluxe' whoever that is.
A few tracks are by ZIZZ Studio members.
Don't know why this is credited to 5zizz as it is not mentioned anywhere in the booklet.

The booklet also lists shonen-JET as composer and arranger of the theme song 'meltron'.
