This one is a bit tricky because there is some inconsistency when looking up this single on the internet.
While ZIZZ STUDIO and Vjedogonia's hp list 2000.11.17 as the release date, there are other sources on the internet like comshop, suruga-ya or amedis that list 2002.06.13 as the release date and give 'DWC-0208' for catalog number. Comshop even lists two pictures of the case (unfortunately, the front is too small) which contains a back scan with obi. The JAN '4529790022123' matches the one from clubHOBi, so DWC-0208 might be the actual cat no.
