I made some scans and the "main front" refers to the front that is not part of the booklet. The "front" scan is the front of the booklet and is what is normally used as the primary display art, even though it is tucked inside the case.

I'm making a request for a translated track list into English. I haven't listened to this yet and I'll post track times soon.

Why? They're all Telenet games. It's no different than the GSM Capcom albums that gave top billing to the most popular game in the compilation.
