So, the Japanese title translates to "Everyone Loves Katamari Damacy", should that be listed as another alternate name? Currently, it's listed under the American name with the original Japanese and the romanizatiion of the Japanese as alternates.

By the way, you should create these discussion threads by using the "Discuss this album" link on the album page. It saves me from having to hook it up manually on the SQL control panel. |

Though I think the "doesn't provide any useful information" bit is debatable, I can see where you are coming from.
Thanks for another tip. Still finding my way around the album pages (there is a lot of info on there!) |

I go ahead and changed all the instances of "Yuri Misawa" with "Yuri Misumi", as it was confirmated on a post entry here: http://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.p...5048#post15048 ... where it was said that it was wrong.

The English Game Titles and the English Literal Translation tracklists are practically the same. In this case, it seems like the game titles are pretty accurate translations of the japanese meanings, so they are fine as the sole English translation.

Done. May I suggest/ask (before I go editting stuff), when adding notes we shouldn't put track names, just numbers. Translations will change over time and it's a pain to sync/delete.
English Sound Test + older translation for reference: Spoiler:

Yeah, I totally agree with this. Maybe we should hammer out a kind of recommended format for track credits, to make it easier.

Certainly; I've followed this format faithfully whenever notes need to be added for that particular reason, as it makes every album have a structure and, above all, helps maintain an organization. There's nothing worse than scrolling down an album page to find the notes section made into a mess of letters and sentences.

Yeah, I'd keep things simple like "01 / Vocal: X,..." or such. Eventually the composer info in the notes will be replaced with per-track credits (I hope) so the more concise and standard (to quickly link data) the better.

Where the credit of 1-18 came from?

For posterity's sake, I'll mention the original trailer had an alternate version of "Angel Rain" by a different singer.
It was probably a placeholder since YOU (final singer) is announced in the same video. TBH I was super-bummed it wasn't in the final game. |

On the topic of the singe for "Angel Rain", the YOU entry in "Performed By" does not actually link to the singer (whose page is here: https://vgmdb.net/artist/7286). Can that be fixed?
