but the tracklist differs. I think some more verification needs to be done on all of these Galaxy Express albums.

Bad habit...use the same cover for different album.
The COCC-13109 (1996.01.20) is a reprint of CC-4190 (1989.10.21) and the title is "Memorial Song Collection: 1 - Ginga Tetsudo 999"
I'll post the tracklist next week.

my first submission was correct, I just pasted the wrong tracklist

edit: I prolly made that error because of the album title, some shops don't seem to have that "memorial song collection" part
so I prolly mistook it for the theme & insert songs
