LOL, really? This right on the heels of the Clarice release?

Ah well, I'll be all too glad to double dip on a future volume if it includes double-looped Blaster Master.

Exactly my thought when i added the entry, Sunsoft is getting some love.

Just a word to say the list of products/titles is currently incomplete, as i think more will be confirmed later.

I've uploaded all scans for all four of these albums now. I have no idea about what's written in the booklets, but I doubt it has anything to do with specific composer credits. If anyone feels like looking through the text, if there's anything useful there, that would be great.

The text is just explanations about the games (though I didn't check super thoroughly).

There is a tidbit in v3 in that Hitoshi Sakimoto worked on Sugoi Herebeke.
In V4 there are credits but they are already known.

Cool. I wonder what the correct credits are for that game then. I just found that Sugoi Hebereke was composed by: Naoki Kodaka, Kansai Craftwork, Prophet Kazuo. Could Hitoshi Sakimoto be one of the latter two?

In JP sites (ex.) seems it's accepted it was composed by Kodaka and Sakimoto. So the latter two would be aliases I guess.
I couldn't find sources tho.

The Hebereke Sakimoto thing has been alleged for a super long time, but I consider it apocryphal because I've never seen any actual evidence of it and Sakimoto's never included any Hebereke thing in any of his incredibly thorough works lists. My pet theory is that someone confused him with Hiroshi Tsukamoto, who worked on Hebereke's Popoon and other Sunsoft games.

The credits for Sugoi Hebereke are:
  • Composition: Sarabande Naoki (さらばんど なおき)
  • Music: Kansai Craftwork (かんさい くらふとわーく), Prophet Kazuo (ぷろふぇっと かずお)
The first one is surely Naoki Kodaka, the second one is ?????, and the third one is probably Kazuo Nii.
