So, there's really not much good info about this. I don't think it's VGM or Anime, so I'm going to remove it if there are no objections.

It looks like it's part of Loopcube (a circle ?) discography.

Well, if really it's remixed by quad, it could remain as an original work till someone finds additional info, no?
