I've GOT a translation, but as for Monster Hunter 4, I don't really know if it's accurate or not, as I'm not familiar with that language and only use translating tools and guessings. But I can post it, and anyone can edit it as they like.

Small note about track 1-22; the initial release of this album had this track name as "閃烈なる蒼炎/ジンオウガ" (Violent Flash of Blue Flame / Zinogre), however, every appearance of this song after this has it displayed as "閃烈なる蒼光/ジンオウガ" (Violent Flash of Blue Light / Zinogre). The current booklet scans for this album display "光" (Light), and even CPCA-10233~8 | Monster Hunter Hunting Music Collection Special Pack, a collection of all 3 "Hunting Music" albums released only 3 weeks later has "光" (Light), so it was changed very quickly and is very likely a misprint. This page details this a little more.

The current Japanese tracklist has "炎" (Flame) and considering this was displayed in the initial release of the album I'm going to keep what likely is a misprint intact.
