How is the title and arranger of the last track known when it's unlisted?

Good question. I can understand recognizing the track upon hearing it, but knowing who arranged it would fall under speculation. I'd personally leave it as "?" and add a note about it.

As shown in the disc scan, the disc contains data information (more specifically, a webpage) and information about who arranged the bonus track is provided there.
