Erhm, why was the release price changed to 3000? It says 3059 on the obi.

because it's the price before the 1997 retaxation rate (meaning the actual scans are for a reprint after that date)

you can check VPCG-84219 front case, it has the price of its release (before the rerelease from 1997)
publishers changed existing releases for respecting the new taxations
