On the website it's spelled -MARISA'S COUPRING BEAT- but the cover uses coupling with an L sou should I put the version with the R as an alternate title?

I would say no, as far as I'm aware we do not use website data when physical cd information exists (scans, transcription from someone's copy). If it was printed as "coupring" on the cd that would be one thing, but since you can clearly identify "coupling" on the small image I would say leave it as is. We can modify the title if an obi or more complete scan comes along that proves that idea wrong, though.
