The Genesis game credits "music" to Sakuraba and Uno. EGG MUSIC solely credits the music contained in this release to Sakuraba, though. (EM doesn't credit Uno for the X68K version either.)
EGG MUSIC is normally insanely good with credits, although the old Toshiba EMI Granada album credits a few of the pieces not to Sakuraba specifically. Oh Wolfteam music credits.   EDIT: 'sup

Well, if nothing else track 1 "WOLFTEAM Logo" (called "IPL" in other soundtracks) is mostly likely by Uno as it already existed when Uno was still the sole composer at Wolfteam.
Though considering the older physical release's credit there is also ambiguity about track 5 "Survivor Leon" and tracks 9 "Nature Trail", credited to "sargent wolf band" which could mean either Uno (who didn't want to get reminded of his composing works in newer interviews) or Yasunori Shiono (who at that point already left Wolfteam).
