This Japanese tracklist used to be on this entry, but it doesn't appear anywhere in the booklet and case packaging:

Excuse me, but I think you forgot that this game is also on Sega Saturn

The saturn port has an "arranged" soundtrack. This one is used only on the arcade version.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this version is the arranged soundtrack that did get used in the Saturn port, because the tracklists for this cd, and the Saturn release are the same with 19 tracks.
To get the actual arcade music, there is the Ray Force original soundtrack- PCB version, which was released in 2009 digitally on iTunes, and only has the original 17 tracks of the original arcade version. |

I don't think it's a soundtrack for the saturn version
1st, it's released like 1 year and half before the saturn version (but released the same year as arcade version) 2nd, I didn't see no mention of saturn anywhere on obi, booklet etc or even a (c) sega for saying the game was on any sega consoles 3rd, if the saturn version really got an arranged version, so when the obi says it's "original sound" that means it can't be for saturn |

It's not the music from the saturn port nor the PCB soundtrack. Sounds like a remastered version to me.

Sorry, I'm just confused because everywhere I look, the sega saturn port and this remaster soundtrack sound pretty identical to me when I compare those two examples. Is there any way to confirm that the music for the saturn port and this soundtrack are different?
Edit: I've heard from some people that have this soundtrack that have confirmed that the music on this CD is the same as the music found on the Sega Saturn port. The only other versions of this are Rayforce Rubbing Beat ( arrangement from 1997) and Rayforce- Original PCB Version( 2009). Another way to think of it is that the original soundtrack had to be scaled back so the F3 sound chip could reproduce it in the arcade version, and then they just used the original version ( of what they had in mind when composing it) for this CD and for the Saturn release.
