Default Max Payne 3 The Official Soundtrack
The soundtrack is a downloadable bonus content, activated via pass code that comes with Collector's Edition of the game.

Btw it's not available until May 17th, as it says on official soundtrack page:

Will be interesting to know if it's the same soundtrack on the SE and iTunes.
If yes, the entry will change to the normal iTunes release with info about the SE version.

Is it 320 kbps? Glad I didn't buy the special edition as I thought it was an actual disc included.

It is 320. I can say the same thing about thinking this was gonna be a CD.
But now I'm also stuck with a doll/action figure that needs to be sold on ebay.
