Default Waku Waku Jintai Tankentai Born Freaks
The title of this disc minimizes the くす part of the game title, so it seems like it's punning on "born free" (Born Free-ks?). The cover art for the game doesn't include that break between ふりー and くす.

Yeah, I'm not sure how to express that. Maybe something like "..Born Free(ks)"
