Credits from Discogs/Wikipedia.
Maybe the digital booklet will certify a few things.

Arch Enemy???

in here we could had

vocals: Angela Gossow
Guitars: Christopher Amott, Michael Amott
Drums: Daniel Erlandsson,

I am a fan of arch enemy, so I know. XD

They could be added as performers. But I have this question a long time ago.
Gonna use this example:
If the band is "Arch Enemy", will the elements be credited in performers as well?

I tend to do that, when sufficient info is available (and when I'm not lazy):

Other people do it too:

Although it can't be always done I think, if there are no reliable sources which credit specific band members for particular track(s), better not to complicate it. Only a personal opinion.

To be honest i have no idea if it have any interest to link a unit + artists of that unit IF the whole unit is present and perfoming/composing...
If not the whole unit is present (because old members left the unit, or not participating) then i guess it's ok.

Also doing this on a whole album of licensed music with bands.. would be an incredible mess i think.

I just got images for the burn-to-order copy from Amazon.com scanned. Will a separate listing for it have to be created first?

I would say add the images and a note that it can be burned to order.

Are the BGM tracks on this album definitely all by Yamaoka? The booklet only says "sound directed by" him and the game had quite a few composers.

I'd be surprised if Yamaoka did the map BGM. The guitar playing in it sounds like Blues Saraceno's. Probably my favorite BGM track in the game.

In regards to this albulm being made "available in CD format from amazon.com on a burn to order basis," I was curious as to whether or not the CD release was a CD-R and if the physical release was lossless or lossy. I've read some discussions such as this one, where people stated that burn to order CDs from Amazon were actually CD-Rs and that in some cases they were suspicious that they were actually lossy mp3s. If the audio on this CD were in a lossy format then I wouldn't see any reason to get it over the digital releases. According to Discogs, it seems that WaterTower Music sometimes releases digital albums on CD-Rs, but I have no idea if those releases are actually lossless or not either.
