Formerly known as "Modern Architecture Co., Ltd.", founded by Hiroshi Inoue in Marunouchi, Tokyo, in 1957. Changed company name to "ongaq Co., Ltd" in 2005*. Its head office relocated to Nerima-ku, in Tokyo, with Taku Sakakibara assigned as CEO.
